The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

"Today the world is witnessing the development of the knowledge-based economy, and we are faced with the historic task to renovate our country's economy into an economy that develops on the strength of knowledge."

Thanks to the wise leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, the DPRK is dynamically pushing ahead with the work to turn the country's economy into a knowledge-based economy.

Today the world is converting the economy into a knowledge-based one, and in order to convert the country's economy into a knowledge-based one, all enterprises must have a methodological approach to knowledge management to secure and make effective use of the knowledge resources, the major production resources.

We presented an international paper on how knowledge management has an impact on job satisfaction and workforce intelligence.

In this paper, we first defined the contents of knowledge management and clarified the rationale, based on global studies of knowledge, knowledge resources and knowledge management practices.

Second, we set the factors of knowledge management that affect the job satisfaction of the working people and proposed a methodology to manage them effectively.

Third, we explored the factors of knowledge management that contribute to raising the level of intellectualization of labor of the working people and gave a methodology to control them.

Fourth, we set indices for assessing the level of intellectualization of labor of the working people and proposed a methodology for quantitatively assessing the magnitude of the impact of knowledge management on labor intellectualization.

As a result, we concluded that effective knowledge management in enterprises positively contributes to improving the job satisfaction and intellectual ability of the working people, and that the indicators of the level of labor intelligence are obtained in different sizes.

Our paper has published on the journal of "International Journal of Knowledge Management"(vol. 16, No 4, 2020) as the subject of "The Method of Evaluating Impacts of Knowledge Management on Job Satisfaction and Intellectual Level of Work" (https://doi.org/10.4018/IJKM.2020100103).
