Immortal Guidelines Ensuring the Eternal Prosperity of the WPK

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

"We should maintain the purity of the original ideals and spirit of our Party that have determined its revolutionary character and mode of existence, and apply them to the letter in building it and in its activities. This is the way to ensure its eternal development as a dignified and powerful party throughout the ages."

Today the Workers' Party of Korea has acquired its immortal dignity and prestige as a great guide leading the Korean revolution to victory, overcoming all challenges and trials of history to achieve all it has intended to do.

The WPK is fulfilling its historic mission with the immortal dignity and precious name which cannot be easily obtained even by a party with the proud history and tradition. It is unthinkable apart from the wise leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who has been leading the WPK to maintain the purity of its original ideals and spirit and apply them thoroughly to its building and activities.

There was a historic talk on October 10, 2024, when all the officials were earnestly instructed to become communist revolutionaries who embodied the original ideals and spirit of the party.

That day the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un published discourse, titled "Officials Should Be Communist Revolutionaries for Whom the Party's Original Ideals and Spirit Are Their Mental Attributes", in Rodong Sinmun, organ of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, on the founding anniversary of the Party.

He said that the WPK has led the socialist cause victoriously, firmly maintaining its revolutionary character and original features unique in the world without the slightest deviation or discoloration for a long period since the day of its grand start to this day and enjoying the boundless support and trust of the popular masses: this is because it has always remained faithful to its original ideals and spirit and steadily carried them forward generation after generation. He added that only when we maintain the purity of its original ideals and spirit and apply them to the letter to the party building and activities, can we ensure the eternal development of the dignified and powerful WPK throughout the ages.

He stressed that those who should stand in the van of the party winning victory after victory on the strength of its great original ideals and spirit are officials most faithful to it.

Despite the change of generations along with the advance of the revolution, our officials, the backbone of the Party, should be communist revolutionaries perfectly armed with its original ideals and spirit, and by doing so we can implement the five-point line of the Party building in the new era and thus improve the profile and militant efficiency of our Party in every possible way, he said, and raised the slogan "Let Us Open a Great Golden Age of Party Building in the New Era by Carrying Forward Its Original Ideals and Spirit!".

He also put forward the loyalty to the Party, the revolutionary and the people as was displayed by the party founding generation as the three-point essential temperament to be possessed by our officials who are the leading personnel of the revolution and the hard core of our Party.

Adding that the great soul of our forerunners is encouraging us, he ardently called on all of us to endeavour to keep up the revolutionary upsurge in the new era by making redoubled efforts to achieve proud results with a strong sense of honour and responsibility as befitting the hard core of the great Party and the leading personnel of the revolution

The historic talk by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un on that day, indeed, was an immortal guideline that clarified the core of the party-building ideas guaranteeing the eternal future of the WPK.

Thanks to the immortal guidelines of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who brightly illuminates the way ahead of the development of the WPK by dint of his outstanding ideological and theoretical wisdom, and the indomitable struggle of the whole Party to usher in a new heyday of party building, the sacred cause for the eternal prosperity of the WPK will be carried forward brilliantly and its history of victory is everlasting.
