While giving field guidance to the Sci-Tech Complex nearing its inauguration on October 27, 2015, the respected General Secretary said with great satisfaction that even when he came here last February, he found only pits dug by foundation excavation at the construction site, and that at that time nobody would have thought that such a splendid building would be built here so quickly.
An official told him who was so pleased with the miracle of completing the Sci-Tech Complex that some people thought that the Sci-Tech Complex or Mirae Scientists Street could not be completed by October 10.
Looking back on the days of building the Sci-Tech Complex, the respected General Secretary said earnestly that the promises our Party made with the people had never been failed so far and that such promises must always be kept.
Thanks to his devotion of who values the promise made with the people above all, people's wealth including the workers' hostel of the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill, the Wisong Scientists Residential District, Pyongyang Nursery School and Orphanage, Mirae Scientists Street and Ryomyong Street, greenhouse farms in Jungphyong, Ryonpho and Kangdong areas have been built as monumental edifices.
