Suddenly resound in our hearts the meaningful speech of the respected general secretary made in the inauguration ceremony of the Wonsan-Kalma coastal tourist area, a tourist attraction on the east coast, which opened a new landscape of civilization of socialism.
Enjoying a bird's-eye view of the coastal tourist town presenting a wonderful scene, he said with great satisfaction that what he most wanted to do for the people and to which the Party devoted a great deal of effort for a long time with cherished desire were translated into a brilliant reality.

With this desire our mothers devote everything all their lives.
Then what is the desire of the WPK, our great Motherly Party bringing up the hundreds of thousands of children in her embrace.
For our Party regarding the people-first principle as the nature and noble political idea, the protection and promotion of people's health is the most urgent task to be taken and done without any condition and the most honorable revolutionary work. That is why in such an arduous period of pandemic the construction of Pyongyang General Hospital was the desire of the utmost urgency of the WPK.
Thanks to the loving care of the motherly Party to provide all the people with more stable and civilized living conditions, the construction of 50 000 flats in Pyongyang and modern rural housing throughout the country have been put forward as the Party's cherished work.
The implementation of the childcare policy, the production of school things and uniforms for children and students across the country every year, the construction of cultural recreation centers for the people full of people's laughter which we can stand proud in the world, was regarded as the cherished work of the WPK.
