The respected General Secretary provided such wealth for the people's peace and welfare, but regarded it all as the grains of sand on a high mountain and unfolded endless blueprints in painstaking efforts and shoulders all that are for their well-being.
When he visited the Kwangchon Chicken Farm, he unfolded a plan to build another factory like it in Pyongyang looking at the satisfying scene of meat and eggs pouring out of the modern production process. Taking important measures to hasten a radical development and comprehensive rejuvenation in provinces, he said that the Party made an important decision in the difficult circumstances at present to open up a new era in a more rapid and simultaneous way. The noble intention of the peerlessly great man is also reflected in the fact that he planned to build hundreds of hectares of comprehensive greenhouse farm with a resolve to turn it into a socialist ideal village by conducting continuous and three-dimensional work in the afflicted area of North Phyongan Province.
The ardent desire of the respected General Secretary who wished to pluck even a star from the sky for the people who are taking a single-minded step with trust in the Party is clearly reflected in his painstaking efforts.

Under the warm care of the respected General Secretary who was so concerned to satisfy the wishes of mothers who want their children to grow up healthy and study to their heart's content without any worries, the Party's childcare policy was implemented, an organized system and order for supplying dairy products established on a nationwide scale and everything ranging from school uniforms, bags, school things to shoes supplied to students.
The invariable principle of the benevolent father that the DPRK should not have a place backward in the people's living standard, gave birth to a new era in which the rural houses and regional industrial factories boasting of their new life and civilization were built across the country, and the Party's "regional development 20×10 policy" formally included the construction of advanced public health facilities, scientific, educational and leisure facilities and grain management facilities in parallel with that of regional-industry factories.
The respected General Secretary devotes his all to better transform even one in the regions with the noble will to make the capital city envy the provinces, make the regional rejuvenation represent the progress and development of the state and make the ideal appearance of regional areas the true picture of socialist Korea.
