The First State Affairs that can Never be Given Up

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

"The nursing, edification and education of the children and students are the most important of all state affairs, and must never be abandoned even if the sky were to fall in."

Nursing, upbringing and education of the rising generation is very important in deciding the prosperity of the country and the future of the nation.

Only when we attach importance to training of the rising generation and direct great efforts to it can we build and glorify a power that is developed in all aspects.

This precious instruction of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un reflects the noble intention to train the younger generation into pillars of the country with versatile knowledge, strong physical strength and noble ideological and moral traits under any conditions and circumstances and thus firmly guarantee the bright future of our ever-prosperous country.

There are many things to attach importance to and give precedence to in victoriously advancing the revolution and achieving the prosperity of the state, but training the younger generation is just more important than any other things.

As the development and future of the country depend on how well the younger generation are prepared, we should give top priority to training of the rising generation, not only at present but also in the distant future if we aspire after a genuine power.

It is our Party's noble outlooks on the rising generations and future that our younger generation take precedence over our people whom our Party believes in as the God, and that it is not hardship but happiness and glory to devote every possible effort for our younger generation, who should grow up more boldly and more vigorously.

Thanks to the wise leadership of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is responsible for their life and pays deep attention to them with ardent love for the rising generation, our people are devoting their sincere efforts for the children's laughter and our country is turning into a splendid kingdom of children envied by the world.

With the unshakable faith that the advance of the country will get slower if the education of the rising generation is delayed, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un saw to it that the universal 12-year compulsory education was enforced for a radical turn in the training of the rising generation by bringing about a revolutionary change in education in the new century.

Thanks to the noble outlook on the rising generations of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, the construction for children and students was pushed forward vigorously before other major projects, many splendid houses and schools for our children were built all over the country and the Children's Union camps and children's palaces were renovated.

New school uniforms, "Mindle" notebooks, "Sonamu" schoolbags and other necessities are regularly produced and supplied to students across the country, and our children are growing up vigorously receiving nutritious dairy products and foods thanks to the Party's new childcare policy.

Especially, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un took important measures to save all the people who suffered from flood that swept the northwestern part of the country in late July 2024 and ordered to form a gigantic rehabilitation front for a great change in the country and saw to it that temporary measures were taken to continue education for the children and students.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un went to the April 25 Hotel where the victims were staying and inspected a demonstration lesson for students in the flood-hit areas and warmly said that we took very important measures even under the circumstance of disaster recovery, thus correcting once again the understanding of the importance of the education of the rising generation in the field of education and throughout society.

Though we are still lack of the things that we need and difficulties and obstacles are still encountered, our country is resounding higher with the cheerful laughter of children and songs of happiness. Indeed, this proud reality clearly shows the greatness of the idea and leadership of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who puts forward the issues of child care, upbringing and education for children and students as the first state affair.

Our descendants, who have grown up and been trained thanks to the benevolent love of the great motherly Party, are now renowned as the vanguard of the new era in every worthwhile field for the overall socialist development.

It is the world of noble love of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un that it is not hardship but happiness and glory to spare no effort and he feels quite proud that he has taken a worthwhile road for our younger generation who should grow up more boldly and more vigorously.

The ardent love of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who devotes everything to the younger generation gives our people confidence and courage that cannot be bartered for anything, and the greater the love for the younger generation, the bigger steps we are making towards a bright future.
