The "Regional Development 20×10 Policy", a new milestone in regional development, clearly shows the resolute determination and will of the respected General Secretary to accomplish without fail the great cause of achieving rapid development in regions unprecedented in history in the near future thus bringing people's ideals into brilliant reality.
The policy newly set by the WPK has instilled confidence in victory and optimism into Korean people who are launching a general offensive to build an ideal prosperous society, and raised further the fierce flames of struggle for comprehensive development of socialism and improvement of people's livelihood.
