Under the outstanding leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea which regards the people-first principle as the revolutionary climate of the party, the marvellous socialist villages in the northwestern part of Juche Korea have sprung up, adding luster to the new era of overall state rehabilitation in which the centuries-old desire of the people has been translated into an unprecedented reality.
More than 15 000 modern multi-storeyed, single-storeyed houses, nurseries, kindergartens, schools, hospitals, clinics, etc. have been newly built, more than 6 000 flats have been repaired, and the project of bank improvement by Amnok River and the restoration of railways, roads and bridges have been pushed forward, thus creating an ideal "rural cultural town" where modern civilization was concentrated in the northwestern part of socialist Korea, where natural crossroads were swept.
This is a fruition of the love for the people of the WPK which regards the work for promoting the rights and interests of the people as the most important state affair and makes painstaking efforts to make them well-off.

Such excellent results were achieved in just a few months, from design to completion. This is a miracle of construction that powerfully demonstrated the irresistible strength peculiar to Juche Korea which is growing stronger in the trials and further consolidated through the dynamic struggle of loyalty and patriotism.

Under his energetic guidance, new standards have been created from the formation of cities to every building, road facility, slogan, sign, and decoration, and an ideal "rural civilized country" where a modern civilization has been established in a way that conforms well with the mountainous areas has been built.
This eye-opening reality, which has brought about another radical change in the history of the country, is a crystal of the love for the people that has been built upon the long journey of devotion for the people of the respected General Secretary who regards the sufferings for the people as the greatest honor and continues the endless journey of love for the people's security and well-being.
