The Great Leadership Under which the National Prestige of Our State has Risen to the Highest Level

The Korean people are living in an era of glory when the might and invincibility of Juche Korea is demonstrated all over the world.

Everybody desires to live as citizens of a powerful country on this planet where justice is guaranteed only by might. The national strength, however, is not a mere result of aspiration. Only when a peerlessly great man is acclaimed in the van of revolution and his leadership realized, can it be gained.

Chairman Kim Jong Il said:

"A great leader and a great party build a great nation."

"March 18 Revolution", "July 4 Revolution", "November Megaevent"…

They all remind us of how all those victories carrying the dignity of a state power and national strength were won.

The respected General Secretary Comrade Kim Jong Un gave detailed instructions to develop our missile industry into the innovation-driven one beyond the previous copy-based one.

He was a great teacher, who, with his initiative, gave defence scientists and technicians a clue to creative thinking and passion. His energetic leadership, which inspired them to believe in their power only in blazing the trail with Juche faith and creative mettle of self-development no matter how the others did, was a source of perfect development of new strategic weapons that the world would never understand nor imitate.

He continued his journey for a nuclear power with a patriotic desire for a strong nation in order to put into practice the life-long desires of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il, who had made their painstaking efforts all their lives for the building of a powerful country with an invincible might that no enemy would dare attack.

The national dignity of DPR Korea as a nuclear power today is inconceivable without the toil and moil of the General Secretary, who set nuclear weaponization as the most important task of building a powerful country and initiated strategies for and solutions to the development of thermonuclear weapons of our own style, gave defence scientists and technicians bright ideas and clues and instilled confidence in them.

His frontline guidance trips, during which he was always with the defence scientists and technicians willing to share ordeals with them and acted as the leader of the strategic weapon development regardless of his personal dangers, brought about a brilliant victory.

Indeed, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un's visits to dangerous testing, assembling and firing sites day and night successively brought about national events that have opened a broad avenue for building a nuclear power, and his devoted efforts have become a powerful motive force for the birth of Juche missiles that have soared up to outer space.

The speed of the footsteps of the respected General Secretary, who became a first-line combatant and a great standard-bearer to inspire the defence scientists with undying strength and courage holding up the slogan "Forward, the death-defying corps, for the country and people!" was that of the advance of DPR Korea towards a socialist power.

His ardent passion and affection, indomitable faith and will became the propellant which flew the Juche-oriented weapons of the style of the Workers' Party of Korea out into the space in succession with bursting sounds of brilliant victory.

The respected General Secretary, at the historic ceremony for celebrating the transfer and receiving of new-type tactical ballistic missile system, evaluated the important political and military significance highlighted by the magnificent demonstration, the first of its kind ever since the founding of the country and the army, and declared that genuine peace can be guaranteed only by the build-up of immense strength and that our mightiness is not what it is now, but it lies in our relentless pursuit of mightiness.

What was it that cherished deep in the hearts of the Korean people listening to his exciting speech at the historic commissioning ceremony of ultimate weaponry?

It was that the self-sacrificing devotion and efforts, infinite passion and indomitable faith of his raised the national prestige of Juche Korea to the highest level that nobody would dare to depress, and that the highest dignity of the people and the strongest power of the Republic are inconceivable without his wise guidance. Historical experience can convey more than any words can.

Witnessing all the miracles and the national events performed on this land under the great leadership of the respected General Secretary, the Korean people are sure of the victory in socialism of our own style.
