A Brilliant Blueprint which Carries a Great Love for the People

The socialist rural communities are now unfolding everywhere in this land, warmly showing the warm love of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for the people, who unfolded a bright blueprint for rural promotion by devoting his heart and soul to realize the centuries-old desire of the people as soon as possible.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

"Conditions should be created so that the agricultural workers can enjoy a cultural and emotional life to their heart's content and rural villages, by being laid out in a more cultured way, should be turned into a civilized and beautiful socialist paradise."

One day in September 2020 when the sun was warm and bright, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the township in Kangbuk-ri, Kumchon County, where the people were remodeled.

The small, small-story apartment houses, smart houses, a fine cultural hall, a well-built school and kindergarten, which had been ruined by heavy rain and heavy winds months ago, were looking up to a beautiful picture.

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un was very satisfied with the fact that a model village of the socialist countryside was built in a short span of time, displaying the fragrance of socialism, without any trace of old appearance, and highly praised the houses and public buildings for having been built in a clean and cosy way and in a neat and perfect way.

When he entered a house and then looked open the kitchen lid, judged the height of the ceiling and said the height of the room good and asked the officials if the people liked it or not, they were moved to tears.

But they could not understand what grand ideas were in the heart of the respected General Secretary.

After going round the newly built dwelling houses and public buildings that day, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un told the accompanying officials that socialist rural construction should be held fast to as an important national policy and indicated in detail the orientation and ways to be constantly maintained in rural construction.

He said that it was the desire of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il to renovate the agricultural workers, arm them thoroughly with the Party's ideology and turn the countryside into a rich and cultured socialist countryside equipped with modern technology and modern civilization. Saying this, his eye-opening address reflected the noble intention and iron will of the great father to train all the agricultural workers into staunch rural revolutionaries and turn the whole country into a socialist paradise.

The Fourth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, convened in December 2021, put forward a new revolutionary programme for the rural areas in the new era to finally solve the country's rural question, thus bringing a new history of radical change to the whole country.

The programme of the rural revolution in the new era was a bright blueprint reflecting the warm love of the peerlessly great man for the people to let the agricultural workers who devoted themselves to the prosperity and development of the country enter the first phase of communist society.
