The original text of ‘the feats performed by the people's brave fighters on Wolmi Islet will shine forever in the national history' was vivid description.

The battle to defend Wolmido-Inchon coast was a series of fierce bloody battles.

The coastal defence units of the Korean People's Army fought heroically, staining Songdo, Asan Bay, Inchon Port, with blood against the enemy.

The enemy mobilized more than three hundred ships and more than five hundred aircrafts to come near Inchon.

Over three consecutive days Wolmi Islet was engulfed in flames and graphite, with a bomb shower.

The earthen pillbox was buried in the soil.

The beast-like U.S. mercenaries poured out petrol and firebombed.

All were covered with earth and reduced to ashes.

Hundreds of enemy planes flew over the sky for 24 hours, and at night the flare bombs lit the sky brightly like daytime.

In the morning on 13th ! They could see enemy ships clearly through the lenses of telescopes in outposts.

At last the guns on the coast opened fire.

All the gunfire called out a flame of rage which had been pent up.

The gunfire continued.

Fourteenth!

The enemy made a further landing attempt and approached the coast under the cover of hundreds of aircraft.

The gap between the islets were filled with enemy ships as if they covered the sea.

A fierce shelling began again.

Fifteenth!

A fierce battle of defending the coast was launched.

All the telegraphists and the corpsmen took part in the close combat.

Our heroic combatants blocked the enemy with blood so as not to trample down even an inch of the land of the country. They fell down with precious blood on the land of the country.

At seven o'clock on the seventeenth, the last message arrived. The switchboard operator, Kim Myong Suk, sent the last message to the commanding post in Inchon post office which was burning in flame and was surrounded by enemy.

Without the newspaper ‘Minju Joson on October 6th 1950 and If he had not been able to perform the combat feats of the coastal artillerymen on Wolmi Islet in a diary style and show the combat situation in the form of a field news in the form of a diary, the heroic feats of the coastal artillerymen of Wolmi Islet would not have been carried forward to posterity in such a truthful and prompt way, and the Korean film ‘Wolmi islet 'would not have been produced.

The article caused a great sensation at home and abroad.

The great leader read this article in the newspaper ‘Minju Joson'and said that the article contained a lot of contents and ensured the vividness of description and such articles could play a great role in educating and encouraging people.

Hero Han Kye Ryol and Ri Su Bok who are considered to be the model of life and struggle by our young people nowadays are also introduced to many people through these articles.

‘The height of the country is my height', an article on May 19th, 1951, described the hero's sacrificing struggle and the basis of life. The article had the subtitle of ‘The people's son, Han Kye Ryol, being loyal to the Party and the Leader and the fatherland to the end'and subheadings of ‘He grew up as an indomitable fighter', ‘He always dealt deaths to the enemy, defending ‘my Height' to the last, and ‘the feats by Han Kye Ryol will be forever in the history of our republic'.

Heroic combat records about fighter Ri Su Bok, continuously published in the DPRK's leading newspapers, show the indomitable fighting spirit and high spiritual world of the heroic soldiers in a realistic way-for example ‘The squad leader, Ri Su Bok who suppressed the enemy's heavy machine gun pillbox as if he was a bomb. How brave he is!'[‘Minju Joson'November 23rd 1951] and ‘Ri Su Bok, vice-chairman of the company DYL, who blocked the enemy heavy machine gun pillbox'.

The article about the heroic feats by Ri Su Bok that many writers and artists often mention with literary works and melodies was written as a draft like this and the famous articles presenting July 27th written by war correspondents in the flames of the war are all displaying their vitality.
