The Leadership Method Clarified by the Respected General Secretary is a Novel Development of the WPK's Traditional Leadership Method

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said:

"In order to strengthen the Party and successfully carry out the major tasks facing us as demanded by the developing revolution, we should further deepen the work of establishing the Party's unified leadership system across the Party and society."

The leadership method clarified by the respected General Secretary is an innovative one which purely inherits all the contents of the traditional leadership method of the Workers' Party of Korea while developing and enriching it with new contents.

First, the leadership method clarified by the respected General Secretary is the one that developed in depth the revolutionary leadership system, one of the main contents of the Juche-oriented leadership method.

President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il created and applied the Juche-oriented leadership method, attaching importance to establishing the leadership system together with the work method and style and always paid primary attention to it.

The leadership method clarified by the respected General Secretary set it as the ideal goal of establishing the monolithic leadership system of the Party Central Committee to make the whole Party and society share the idea, intention and action with the Party Central Committee. It is the one that developed in depth the ideas of the great leaders on the revolutionary leadership system.

While leading the Korean revolution at the head, the respected General Secretary advanced the original idea and theory on deepening the work of establishing the monolithic leadership system of the Party Central Committee on a new high stage.

It is the leadership method that gives all-round answers to the theoretical and practical issues for further intensifying the work of establishing the monolithic leadership system of the Party Central Committee throughout the Party and society while consolidating the successes already achieved in response to the requirements of the revolutionary practice in which the struggle for a new victory of the socialist cause is being waged in the DPRK.

This is a genuine development of the idea and theory on the revolutionary leadership system and an important guideline that makes it possible to unite the whole Party and all the people firmly around the Party Central Committee and arouse them to the struggle for a new victory in socialist construction.

Second, the leadership method clarified by the respected General Secretary is the one that comprehensively developed the revolutionary leadership art, an important content of the Juche-oriented leadership method.

President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il raised the issue of the leadership art as one of the important contents of the leadership method over the revolution and construction and developed and enriched the theory on the revolutionary work method, habit and traits in a comprehensive way.

The leadership method clarified by the respected General Secretary is an all-powerful treasured sword for comprehensively integrating the work method and habit and communist traits of organizing and mobilizing the popular masses for the revolution and construction in the new era of the Juche revolution and applying them on the highest level.

The work methods, habits and communist traits, including the methods of working with the masses and of organizing and conducting movements of overtaking, learning from and sharing experiences, which constitute the important contents of the method of leadership clarified by the respected General Secretary, are a comprehensive and novel development of the traditional leadership art of the WPK.

The mass work method clarified by the respected General Secretary is a powerful method of leadership that can steadily increase its validity and vitality by comprehensively developing the essence and content of the traditional method of guiding the masses of the Workers' Party of Korea and its principles and techniques.

The method of skillfully working with the masses is a political work method that closely combines the traditional method of working by believing in the strength of the masses and relying on them with the method in which one teaches and moves ten people, each of whom does in turn another ten.

The method of organizing and conducting movements of overtaking, learning from and sharing experiences is also original one, which organically combines the method of creating and generalizing a model, the traditional work method of the WPK, with the collective competition.

The method of dynamically organizing and developing the movement of overtaking, learning from and exchanging experiences requires that the work of creating a model unit be done well and a campaign of collective competition be intensified. It also requires the intensification of the atmosphere of exchanging and sharing excellent experiences. This is a work method of the new era that has further developed the method of creating and generalizing models and the method of actively conducting mass movements to meet the requirements of the reality of the DPRK which is developing the overall development of socialism.

The leadership method clarified by the respected General Secretary is the one that developed the traditional method of leadership of the WPK in a novel way as required by the new era.

The Workers' Party of Korea will as ever accomplish the cause of socialism and communism by wisely organizing and leading the Korean people's struggle with its seasoned and extraordinary leadership.
