Thanks to the extraordinary wisdom and energetic leadership of the peerlessly great man, the world's foremost political and ideological school perfecting its looks as a pedigree establishment for training the hard core of the WPK, the Central Cadres Training School of the WPK, equipped with the looks of the most prestigious revolutionary university of the socialist ruling party which embodies the dignity of the party and the will of the revolution on the highest level, is standing proudly.
On June 1st, 2024, the Central Cadres Training School of the WPK opened on the occasion of its 78th founding anniversary.

The respected General Secretary said in the significant address that there were many grand festivals and marvelous events which were deeply engraved in our memory in the past years, but such an experience of seeing the future of the Workers' Party of Korea would be evergreen forever.

"The new era of building the Workers' Party of Korea, the golden age of strengthening the Party, is beginning here today."
It was a significant moment when a new era of party building unprecedented in the 81-year history of the great Workers' Party of Korea and the heyday of strengthening the whole party entered the stage of radical practice beyond the stage of planning, theory and design and solemnly declared that a new era of building of the WPK would eventually be ushered in with the opening of the world's first-class school of political ideology as a new starting point.
The respected General Secretary was so excited to see the future of the Party in the Central Cadres Training School of the WPK that on the day of the significant opening ceremony he said with deep emotion that he was really proud of doing the most valuable work of all he could do for the Party, the country and the people, thinking that there would be trained reliable pillars to play a large part in the construction and activities of the WPK and important members of the Party to take the important role in politics, economy, culture and national defense.
The desire for talents who will be the chief to build a powerful, civilized and advanced state by properly understanding and thoroughly applying the idea and line of the Party Central Committee, and for Party officials who will play the leading role in Party building in the new era, has become extremely urgent.
For the socialist ruling party, the talent that can conduct the development of all fields of the politics, military, economy and culture and all regions, and the Party officials who are talented enough to thoroughly practice the "five-point Party-building programme in the new era" are the most valuable and decisive resource and their roles are getting more and more important as the revolution and construction progress further.
The future of the Workers' Party of Korea is rosy as the revolutionary talents, who will play the leading role in party building in the new era, will graduate from the world-class school of political ideology and will take great part of the gigantic social change as the main force of the Party.
So the respected General Secretary finished the memorial address for the opening ceremony, hoping to train all the students into competent Party cadres who will lead the whole Party and competent commanding officers who will vigorously conduct the development of all fields of the state and society on the advanced and civilized track.
