Kim Il Sung University once again took the first place in Codechef Programming Contest hosted by India on February 6-16, and brought honour to Juche Korea and to the University.
Kim Il Sung University students have participated in the Codechef and Codeforces Programming Contests, top-class internet programming contests since 2013 and have won 8 consecutive victories fully demonstrating their intellectual power.
Many of the participants are leaving messages on bulletin boards offering their warm congratulations to Kim Il Sung University that has won another victory in this contest where over 6 100 contestants from 82 countries have participated. The host of the contest also sent its congratulations with their expectation of Kim Il Sung University's greater role in many other contests to be held in the future.
Brimming with pride and dignity of hoisting the flag of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea high on the Internet on the significant Day of Shining Star, all the university students are determined to be true to the great General Kim Jong Il's instruction that guides them to keep the feet firmly planted in Korea and look out over the world. They are also determined to demonstrate their wisdom in many other international contests including internet programming contests in order to bring honour to the country and the university as students of Songun Korea.
