Chairman Kim Jong Il was a great leader who devoted his all to people with ardent love for them.

Chairman Kim Jong Il always cared for people. On 21st January, Juche 90 (2001), he was on the way back after the visit to China which caused a great sensation around the world.

The train was heading towards the fatherland at full speed.

But it wasn't fast enough for his heart dashing towards his beloved land and people.

When the train entered the fatherland, passing a border town of China, Dandong, he said emotionally that our fatherland is the best.

Sturgeon and Taedonggang beer, the most popular dish and drink of our people, are the vivid examples.

In June, Juche 91(2002), he gave a spot guidance to the Taedonggang Beer Factory.

At that time, he emphasized that we should enhance the quality of beer bearing the spirit of devoted service to people, although beer producers do this to survive in a struggle for existence in capitalist countries.

Thanks to his love, Taedonggang beer which is fresh and tasty could be provided for ordinary people in our country.

The remarkable goal achieved in sturgeon breeding in our country also attributes to the great love of Chairman Kim Jong Il.

Sturgeon and its caviar are famous for their taste and high nutritive value and that's why they are regarded as one of the most expensive and precious dishes in the world.

Sturgeon breeding was first initiated by Chairman in the period of the Arduous March, wishing for the happy future of the people.

Despite his busy schedule, Chairman Kim Jong Il provided our officials and scientists with relevant sci-tech materials and chances to rich their knowledge on a world-wide scale.

Also, he raised a huge fund for the work and guided them step by step so that they could be successful.

One day in June some years ago, regarding the success of a unit in sturgeon breeding, he said that he would make our people the happiest in the world so that they could have the best dishes in the world.

Thanks to his love, sturgeon could be introduced to our people's daily food culture, which is only a privilege of the rich in capitalist countries.

With the noble love of the Chairman, who found his greatest happiness in people's well-being, our country could shine brilliantly as a people's state where the independent and creative life and happiness of them are firmly guaranteed.
